But often when we take the time to dig deeper, we learn the story that lies beneath is much richer.
This occurred to me as I was walking by this dilapidated building in today’s video.
Like the building, a business too can appear to be past its prime from the outside. But if you sniff around and get to know the seller, you may find it has a foundation that’s just in need of a little TLC.
