This one’s up there with my favorite business books of all time: Barbarians at the Gate and Shoe Dog.
In fact, I’m happy to say the author of today’s selection has become a great friend of mine.
This book really illustrates why 96% of all startups fail within 10 years. And though it’s written with the startup entrepreneur in mind, it offers amazing tips for anyone who owns and runs a business.
I consider it a great tool for life… and for getting you to the point of working ON your business rather than IN your business.
