Always Remember the No. 1 Rule of Dealmaking

I need to level with you — I’m disappointed.

I’ve seen a lot of people lately in the Dealmaker Wealth Society Facebook groups making the same MASSIVE mistake.

Obviously, my message has not been getting through…

Guys — we’re in a RELATIONSHIP business!

Part of your JOB as a dealmaker is to build strong relationships with sellers, financiers, advisers, etc. You’ve got to get these people to KNOW you… LIKE you… TRUST you… and WANT to do business with you.

I wouldn’t be a good coach if I didn’t give you this kind of tough love every now and again.

And I wouldn’t be a good teacher if I didn’t show you how to avoid this mistake.
