I’m coming to you this morning from the beautiful countryside of Lancashire, where I’ve been quarantined with my wife, Julia; my son Josh; and our three furry friends Rhona, Ralph and Blue.
Every morning – as part of my daily scheduled routine – I take Ralph and Blue for a long walk. (Rhona likes to take it easy these days.)
I love it. I love being outside in the fresh air and the sunshine, getting my blood moving.
These peaceful morning moments also remind me of one of the greatest lessons in negotiation…
In fact, this strategy is so MASSIVELY effective, you can use it to negotiate all aspects of your life – professional and personal.
I’ve even used it to go where I want on family vacation (don’t tell my wife).
