It’s important to keep your body as active as your mind while in isolation. That’s why I’m outside riding my bike on this absolutely BEAUTIFUL day.

But I’m breaking the rules.

Well – not breaking, but bending.

You see, in the U.K. there are only FOUR reasons you’re allowed to leave your house.

I am technically exercising, which is permitted. But I have another purpose for cycling today – one that’s technically NOT on the approved list.

To be clear, I’m not putting anyone in danger or doing anything illegal. But I’m definitely following the spirit – not the letter – of the law.

The same is true for dealmaking…

There are all these rules – written and unwritten. Rules that were MADE to be bent (not broken).
