“I got sick of being haunted by being nobody.”
So says David Goggins, author of the best-selling Can’t Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds.
He had just gotten out of the shower and was looking at his 300-pound body in the mirror while listening to a news report about SEAL training.
It was in that moment of self-loathing that David committed to changing his life.
Today, Goggins is the only member of the U.S. Armed Forces to have completed SEAL training, Army Ranger School and Air Force controller training… and is often referred to as the “toughest man alive.”
You never know what will trigger a moment of extreme transformation.
I’ve had moments like that. When I quit my job on Wall St., for example. Many people I know have had moment like that, too.
What will be that tipping point be for you? What will finally make you get up off the couch and change your life?
And once you do, what will keep you moving toward your full potential?
Watch today’s book review… it’s all the motivation you’ll ever need!
I’ll see you next week.
Until then, bye for now.
