Today, I want to talk a little more about the power of the pivot.

If you own a small business, you’ve got to be able to change course in the event of, say, a global pandemic.

And if you want to grow a small business in any market conditions, you’ve got to constantly innovate to keep growing your offerings and your customer base.

Right now small-business owners are doing some amazing things to survive – and even thrive – despite all the fear and uncertainty.
