In answer, I want to share this really awesome book with you – Get a Grip by Gino Wickman and Mike Paton.

They’re the guys who coined the concept of the entrepreneurial operating system, or EOS.

And they do a great job outlining all the ways you can structure a business to achieve your goals.

This book is a companion to Traction, another of Gino’s business development books, but it’s a bit more of a technical how-to manual.
